The Office of Student Involvement (located in Cohen Center 258A) will be accepting Student Organization and Campus Department Annual Budget Applications for 2016-2017 beginning on Monday, September 28, 2015 at 8am through Friday, October 2, 2015 at 12pm (noon). No Budget Applications will be accepted after the Noon deadline on Friday, October 2. You will need to schedule your Budget Hearing when you turn in your budget.
Please remember that the Annual Budget Application must be printed out and handed in as a hard copy to the front desk in the Office of Student Involvement. Please be sure the signed Statement of Understanding (Finance Code Appendix) is attached to the back of your application.
Prior to your scheduled budget hearing, please be sure you are familiar with the Finance Code, paying special attention to Chapter 213, Prohibited Expenditures.
